The ConvEGGtor turns your Egg into a convection oven and is perfect for pizza, roasts, briskets, ribs, and much more! ConvEGGtors can be placed directly on coals or used with a ConvEGGtor basket.
Charcoal
All of our lump charcoal is 100% natural and made in the USA. Lump charcoal is easy to light and reaches cooking temperature in less than 10 minutes. It produces less ash than briquettes, so there is minimal waste and clean up.

Mates
Mates provide a convenient workspace that doubles as a serving area next to your Egg. They come in a set of 2 and fold down for easy storage.
The EGGspander System
The Big Green Egg EGGspander allows you to cook high, cook low, and cook both direct and indirect at the same time. The EGGspander System includes: ConvEGGtor baskets, multi-level direct and indirect racks, a multi-tier cooking rack, a variety of half grids, and a direct “Cowboy Style” lower rack.
Ash Tool
The ash tool fits perfectly through the draft door to remove the small amount of ash that collects at the bottom of the Egg.
